The price does not include a sleeping bag or personal skis. A sleeping bag can be rented if needed for NOK 600. We provide meals and drinks, but feel free to bring your own snacks if you’d like. Luggage that you don’t want to bring along can be stored at our facility or in your hotel’s luggage room. The tour begins when we pick you up from your hotel. Please be patient, as we cannot pick up from all hotels simultaneously.
The tour is challenging, and participants should have experience with longer ski tours. No glacier experience is required, as our guide will provide training along the way.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be done in writing. Depending on when we receive notice of the cancellation, we will refund the price of the trip minus the below listed share to cover our losses arising from the cancellation.
The participants are recommended to have cancellation insurance with their private insurance company, which i.a. covers cancellation due to illness, lost luggage or the like.
• 60 days or earlier before departure 10% (minimum NOK 1,000) cancellation fee
• 59-30 days before departure 50% cancellation fee
• 29-8 days before departure 75% cancellation fee
• 7-0 days before departure 100% cancellation (no refund)
Svalbard Wildlife Expeditions AS tries as far as is reasonable to carry out the trip as described. The guest's safety will always be the first priority.
