You can find your pickup time at the top of your booking confirmation, on the same line as the tour name and date.
• Duration: 4 Hours
• Sled trip duration: 1-1,5 hours
• You will receive gloves, a thermal suit, winter shoes and a hat – all being perfectly suited for the arctic climate.
• This is a physical activity where you get involved in handling the dogs. For safety and insurance reasons, guests who are more than 12 weeks pregnant are not permitted to participate in our tours.
• Minimum number of participants: 2
• Minimum age: 8 years
For safety reasons, all participants must be able to understand and communicate in English well enough to follow guides and safety instructions. If a participant is unable to do so, we reserve the right to refuse participation in the tour. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 22 days or more prior to the scheduled activity are eligible for a 95% refund.
• Cancellations made between 21 and 8 days prior to the scheduled activity are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled activity will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund. Guests holding valid travel insurance may be able to claim reimbursement through their insurance provider upon presentation of a medical certificate.
