Included: Pickup/drop off from your hotel in Longyearbyen. Suits, boots, hats, and gloves. Warm lunch and hot beverage (if you have any allergies or dietary needs, please let us know in advance).
You need warm wool underwear and socks.
Minimum participants: 2 per trip
Minimum age: 12 years
Participants should be in good physical health; this trip is not suitable for people with knee or back problems.
For safety reasons, all participants must be able to understand and communicate in English well enough to follow guides and safety instructions. If a participant is unable to do so, we reserve the right to refuse participation in the tour. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
The trip can be canceled/changed up until the scheduled starting time due to weather and snow conditions or other circumstances beyond the company’s control, which prevent the activity from being carried out safely.
In cases where it is necessary to make changes to the route or content of the activity due to unforeseen circumstances/weather conditions, this will not affect the price of the activity.
Cancellation policy:
If canceling at least 22 days before the trip, a 95% refund is given
If canceling 21-8 days before the trip, a 50% refund is given
If canceling 7 or fewer days before the trip, or in the case of a "no show," no refund is given.
If you have travel insurance, you can apply through your insurance company for a refund in the event of illness (with a doctor's certificate).
