Pickup from the airport/camp site is at 08:10. Pick up from other accommodations from 08:30. Accommodations: Gjestehuset 102/Coalminers,Haugen Pensjonat, Funken logde, Svalbard Hotel-Polfareren, Basecamp/Svalbard Lodge,Svalbard Hotel-The Vault, Radisson Blu and Mary-Anns Polarrigg.
Coffee/tee, mineralwather, alcohol and snacks can be purchased for the bar onboard, payment only by card. Please note it is not allowed to bring your own alcohol. The bar and souvenir shop in Pyramiden only accepts credit cards.
Bring with you warm clothes.
The boat is ready to leave the dock at around 09:00
Weather, wind and ice conditions( normally in April and May) may make it necessary to change the route or that the destination can not be reached. The same applies to the sailing hours. This is no reason for refund.
