Transfer from/to accommodation. Guide, safety equipment, survival suit and coffee/tea and biscuits. This excursion is not suited for those with back problems or thoose pregnant. We recommend that you dress well with gloves and hat, and waterproof mountain boots/wellies. To participate on this excursion, you must sign a waiver where you accept the regulations for the tour, and any possible extra costs. A copy of this waiver can be sent to you in advance if desired.

Terms and conditions
Most of the activities require a minimum number of participants to be initiated, please look through the description of the activities. We reserve the right to change prices, the program, minimum number of participants and departure times. Please note that weather conditions may affect the execution of some tours. Activities can also be arranged outside the program scheduled periods on special request, dependent on a minimum number of participants specified by us. Please note that due to ice conditions some destinations can be unreachable on the route before mid-July. Ice conditions are different every year, it is difficult to predict when the whole route is available.
Cancellation fees for activities:
9 or less participants:
If cancelled 22 days or more prior to departure 100 % refund.
If cancelled 22-8 days prior to departure 50 % refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to departure is a ”no show” and do not qualify for any refund.
10 or more guests:
Cancellation deadlines for groups depend on the season. A full refund will be given for cancellations received:
121 days prior to activity, for activities between March 1 and May 20.
91 days prior to activity, for activities between May 21 and September 30.
61 days prior to activity, for activities between October 1 and February 28/29.
Group bookings can be reduced by up to 30% of the originally booked number, until 41 days prior to the activity.
You may apply to your insurance company for a refund if you provide a medical certificate.
