What to bring;
Warm clothing to wear under your snowmobile suit, a pair of thin mittens/mitts to wear under large mittens, hiking boots with stiff sole, backpack for your camera, extra clothes etc.
If you can, choose woolen materials closest to your body. Bring all your personal items that you want to use for your overnight stay.

Important to know;
This trip is dependent on weather and ice conditions. You are not allowed to drive without being able to present a valid driver's license which is valid in Svalbard – your tour will not be refunded if you fail to do so.
If you are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, you will not be allowed to join and will not receive any refund. If we need to adjust our planned route due to safety reasons, we hold the right to do so. Your safety is our main concern. There is no reimbursement if we need to.

Pickup: at your accommodation around 09:00 hrs., just wait if we are not there on time. We pick up everyone at the same time, so we could be some minutes later.

Age limits;
All children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 16 can not participate in this tour.

Cancellations;
If you need to adjust your booking, let us know. If available, we gladly book you on another day of your preference. However, if you need to cancel you need to notify us in writing.

Cancellation reimbursement:
22 days or more prior to departure: 95%, 21-8 days prior to departure: 50%, 7 or less days prior to departure: 0%.

Refunds;
We are not able to offer a refund due to route changes, sickness, cancelled or delayed flights or any other circumstance outside our control.
We recommend you have a valid travel insurance.
