Transport from/to accommodation, dry suit and life jacket and an Artic natureguide with necessary safety gear. We serve lunch and hot drinks. Feel free to bring snacks or ekstra food if you like. You need proper warm hiking shoes. We recommend that you bring a backpack with extra warm clothes and something cold to drink.The trip starts at the same time as we pick you up at the hotel. WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE CANNOT PICK UP FROM ALL THE HOTELS AT THE SAME TIME.

CANCELLATION DAY TOURS The same rules as in section 4a of our conditions, and the following deadlines are valid:
Up to 22 days before activity fee corresponding to 5% of paid price
From 21 - 8 days before activity fee equivalent to 50% of paid price
7 - 0 days before activity fee corresponding to 100% of paid price = no refund.
CHANGE FEE: If the program is changed less than 14 days before arrival, there will be a change fee of NOK 400 per change. ACCIDENTAL EVENTS: We reserve the right to change departure times or cancel by too few participants in relation to the stated number or due to force majeure or other events beyond the Company s control. In such cases, Svalbard Wildlife Expeditions as will have the right to cancel the agreement and will not be liable for damages beyond the amount already paid by the customer to the operator. For safety or technical reasons (weather conditions, scooter breakdowns, delays, etc.). we reserve the right to change the program along the way and this does not give the right to a reduction in price.
