•Duration: 3 days. The trip starts with pickup at your hotel in Longyearbyen at 10:00 am.
•Included: Transport from your hotel, all warm outer clothing: warm suit, boots, hat, gloves mittens and headlamp, stay at the cabin in proper beds with sleeping bag/bed clothing, all meals and a thermos with warm drinks - let us know in advance if you have any allergies/dietary preferences! •Minimum 2 participants, max. 6 participants. If less than 2 participants the trip will be cancelled - see our terms and conditions at www.huskytravellers.com
•Minimum age: 12 years - if younger contact us for a tailermade family trip.

Cancellation fees for activities
•If cancelled 22 days or more prior to departure 97,5 % refund
•If cancelled 22-7 days prior to departure 50 % refund
•Cancellation less than 7 days prior to departure is a ”no show” and does not qualify for any refund. You may apply to your insurance company for a refund if you provide a medical certificate.
