Circuit training, Cableway central


Join our circuit training, a historic sports adventure! We meet at the cableway center, and start with an introduction of different exercises. You will also get a short introduction of the history of the cableway. The contrast between modern life and the cableway's 100 years of history is inspiration for the "cableway circuit training". We use modern equipment and the facilities under the cableway center for traditional strength training. You are doing exercise for 1 minute and rest 30 seconds, with 2-3 set for each exercise. Overlooking the fjord and Longyearbyen this is a sports adventure in an environment you never will forget. It`s a perfect workout, and suitable for those in normal physical shape. Can be physically demanding or easier if you want, it depends how much you challenge your selves
