Join the ultimate training experience in Longyearbyen. After arrival in Mine 3, a brief introduction is given to the history of the mine and the various work shifts. Then, the training equipment, old mining material, is introduced so that you get it tested before starting. All training exercises are "designed" based on work assignments from the different shifts. You participate in a completely new training concept where each individual shift is made alive through pictures, music and selected strength exercises. Each exercise is explained through which work operations were performed in the mine. You will feel like working as a coalminer. The workout will be taking place in a heated storage room in the mine building. It can be a little chilly so you need a good workout jacket / pants. Be prepared to get a little dirty, a little tired and get a whole new training experience. You will get the most out of the training experience if you have some experience with strength training. Not suitable for those with shoulder problems. Tour/Return trip Mine 3 from your hotel is included, or by arrangement.
